Juno Review:
Number 5 from Might, and there are no signs of slowing down. Crystal throws back to the "wot u call it" days of old, where the lines between Garage and Grime were obscure and blurred. One thing is crystal clear though - this is designed to tear up your set and direct MCs on their mission to metaphorically set rooves on fire.
Early bassline hints emerge through here, think 2005-7 and Dexplicit kind of era, except with a throwback early 00s beat and some up to date 2019 sounds, but then supercharged X-Men style with fire-breathing mutant genes. Galactic bass b2b precision-engineered percussion all withstrained by the polarising musicality of the chords and plucks. Bringing things forward, take a look into the Crystal ball. Mighty lovely stuff.
